| I can tell you that while I am not sold very easily, after ten minutes of talking to you Grisel, I immediately knew I wanted to hire you as our caterer. I think you give couples a sense of comfort and security that is not only talk - you truly put your words into action and make it happen. A wedding is a very big day not only financially, but emotionally as well and for this reason, feeling at ease is a nice sense of relief. We are very happy that you catered our wedding and helped to make it a beautiful memory that we will cherish for as long as we live. | Thank you so much for catering our wedding. The wedding reception was spectacular, everything went beautifully, and I cannot praise "A Matter of Taste" enough for doing such a professional, wonderful job. We received endless compliments from our guests on everything from the setting to the tables to the food; they were very impressed and multiple said "that was the best wedding reception I've ever been to!" Thank you for all your help over the preceding year with planning the details for the event. All of the planning paid off when we were able to just enjoy the day without much worry about the details. The entryway tables were setup beautifully, your staff was professional and helpful. The hors d'oeuvres were wonderful- we got particular compliments on the meatballs! Everyone loved the paella-man and paella show in the center courtyard, "foodie" friends of ours said it had great saffron flavor, and some went back for seconds! We loved the salad with the citrus dressing too, it was excellent. The cake from Divine Delicacies was beautiful and tasty. People complimented the cake, and noted how it complimented my dress, which we hadn't even intended. The tables were just beautiful, the linens were elegant, and everyone raved about the flower arrangements from Isis! The red, orange and pink roses were just gorgeous, and the centerpieces with the lanterns were amazing. Even the strawberries in the champagne on the tables were a beautiful touch. It was truly a magical evening, people kept telling us it felt like a fairytale wedding, and we just had the best time. We were all so sad when the evening came to a close. Thank you again for making such a special day in our lives truly spectacular.
